We aim to produce white wines that express true varietal character but are very drinkable and easily matched to food. We do this by using methods such as lees stirring (batonnage) and careful use of oak to achieve balance and texture. Our specialty is the traditional white varieties of Bordeaux: sauvignon blanc and semillon.
