Sauvignon Blanc (Fumé Blanc)

Our Fumé Blanc is our attempt to show what Sauvignon Blanc can look like with some serious winemaking techniques. 50% of this wine has been fermented and aged in French barriques, and 20% has been naturally fermented. It is also a blend of fruit from our Pyrenees and Coal Valley vineyards. This style is much easier to match with food than the typical Sauvignon Blanc style.
