Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon

This is our take on the classic Bordeaux white blend. The Sauvignon Blanc brings passionfruit and gooseberry flavours whilst the Semillon adds guava and straw notes. This is an unoaked style for immediate drinking, but we’ve done six months of lees stirring to add structure and texture.

    Bursting with luscious grapefruit, fresh lime and hints of gooseberries, and layers of citrus and lemon butter, this wine finishes with good length and refreshing acidity.

    Accolades

    Taltarni’s winemaking at Moonambel in Victoria’s Pyrenees is charged to Loïc Le Calvez, an affable, open-minded Frenchman who imparts a certain Gallic feel to wines such as this.
