Last week the vineyard team picked the last of late-ripening varieties like Sangiovese, Grenache, and Touriga Nacional and with that, the harvest is officially over! The fruit harvested this season has exhibited exceptional quality, characterised by outstanding acid retention, naturally vibrant fruit flavours and strong aromatics.
This harvest marks one of the largest crushes in Taltarni`s history, reflecting the tremendous effort by the vineyard team and the winery group. Congratulations to everyone involved!
